Resources hosted its first annual Operations Conference in Kansas City on October 14 & 15, 2019. Operations managers from partner firms around the country met with members of the home office team to learn more about systems, processes and technology. It was also an opportunity for team members to collaborate on new initiatives and share best practices.

Vince Morris, President, kicked off the conference by sharing his vision for the future. “The goal is to centralize tasks to help partner offices spend their time focused on getting people to and through retirement. The teams at the partner offices play a critical role in process adoption and innovation.”

During the two-day conference presentations touched on how partner offices interact with the Resources team to share ideas, tools and talent. Themes included transition, compliance, portfolio management, technology and marketing.
